TFS service has experienced issues after a service maintenance on 8/19, which causes Email and SOAP notifications not delivered for all check-ins where a continuous Integration build definition is triggered. Customers who have performed a check-in and have a continuous integration build defined for that path and have email or SOAP notifications defined for that path will experience issues. A fix has been identified and currently going through validation. we will provide an update as soon as a fix is applied.
