Hosted Build issue is mitigated after isolating a Windows Azure node which is causing delay in Build VM's reimage process, We are watching our system closely and we will keep you posted with the status.

Update: 8/19 10:00 PM UTC.
We have increased the Hosted Build pool size to handle the Build Queue and right now Queue times has come down and all the builds are processing normally, but we are still investigation the issue with Windows Azure team to find the root cause of the delay in Build VM's reimage delays.

We are currently investigating an issue with TFS hosted Build services. Users will experience delay in submitting Builds. We are working with our Azure partners to resolve this issue. We will provide an update in an hour
