After lot of struggle here is the solution !!!

Accessing Fareast (corp network) network on my local VM
using MS IT VPN network.

I am still using the External WIFI and able to connect.

Steps to do so :

1.Create an internal switch on the virtualization VM. Below link
says how to create internal switch and connect host and VM.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee256061(v=WS.10).aspx

 2. Install Microsoft IT VPN Client on the VM.

3. For theVM rdp making the following settings as shown in the
screenshot for allowing access to ports and drivers.

4.You almost done, just insert smart card and it would be recognized on the VM. Go ahead and connect to fareast network.

Hope this helps !!!

Another alternate is install MS -IT VPN software on the VM and connect through the dynamic IP when at home network.

Both worked for me.
