Our DevOps had identified the root cause of the issue to a deadlock, which causes requests between our services to thread abort. We already identified a fix for this issue and currently going thru validation. To minimize customer impact, we had recycled our role instances, but some customers may still experience issues. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while working on resolving this issue. We will provide an update as soon as we complete applying and validating the fix.
