This issue is mitigated now and customers should be able to update the profile details now on www.visualstudio.com. However, due to browser caching some customers may still see broken experience for next 24hrs, so to mitigate the issue please clear your browser cache.

We are seeing an issue affecting the functionality of authenticated pages in www.visualstudio.com and a as a result users might not be able to update their profile details. All other VSO accounts and services are working as expected and there should be no interruption on the service as a result of this issue. If you need to make any changes to your profile then the work around is to do from the Profile option in your VSO account. We are working on a fix and we will update the post with the progress please check back for the status. We apologize for the inconvenience and provide an update as soon as we have a fix in place
