The issue with VSO Hosted Build Service is mitigated. Service is now back to normal operation and customers should not experience any issues queuing their builds. Our DevOps teams continue investigating the root cause of the issue, but initial investigations showed that the Workflow Managers experience intermittent network connectivity issues. To mitigate the issue and minimize further impact to our customers, we restarted Workflow Managers and queued builds caught up after restart. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.

We are still investigating issues with VSO Hosted Build Service. Our initial investigations showed that the Workflow Managers experience intermittent network connectivity issues. As part of mitigation efforts, we recycled the Workflow Managers and queued builds started catching up after restart, but still not fully caught up. Customers may still experience delays in having their build start. We will provide an update as soon as the issue is fully mitigated. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while working on finding the root cause and a fix.
