The issue with VSO Hosted Build Service is now mitigated. Our DevOps teams continue investigating the root cause of the issue, but initial investigations showed that the Workflow Manager process appears to have hung. To mitigate the issue and minimize further impact to our customers, we restarted the process and queued builds rapidly caught back up after restart. Service is now back to normal operation and customers should not experience any issues queuing their builds. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
