Error when updating the Dynamics CRM Outlook client with the 8.2.1 update

Issue: You will run into the below issue when you are try to push update 2.1 on CRM 2016 Outlook client

Error| Install exception.System.Exception: Action Microsoft.Crm.UpdateWrapper.InstallTelemetryServiceForCrmClient failed. ---> Microsoft.Crm.CrmException: Unable to Query service status.

Cause: This is known issue with the 2.1 update
