We are still investigating the issue that caused the login issue for some customers. We had seen a significant increase in failures during license validation for the impacted customers, which is due to the service update we applied earlier today. Our DevOps had identified a mitigation that we are currently validating and working on applying to the service to minimize further customer impact. We will provide an update as soon as we complete and validate the mitigation. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while working on resolving this issue.

We are currently investigating login issues with VSO services. Subset of customers are impacted and are unable to login to their accounts. This issue started after we completed the first part of the service update. Our DevOps are engaged and actively looking at resolving the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and provide an update in 60 minutes.
