We have updated the new certificate in all affected locations. At this point, we see all the services are running normally. During the outage period, customer may have seen some gap in data in the graphs. As well, to ensure such events don't repeat, we will review and update our internal processes as necessary. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Our DevOps investigated the issue further and have identified the issue was due to an expired certificate. This certificate is required to register POP nodes and enables the connectivity for data flow. We are in process of applying the fix which should resolves the issue soon. We will provide an update as soon as the fix has been deployed.

We are currently investigating issues with Application Insights services. This issue is related to our GSM Services. Customer may not be able to see data for GSM Tests. Our DevOps team is engaged and actively looking at resolving the issue with high priority. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update in the next one hour.
